Live Fair! Million Dollar Story

Every my day starts from hearing the Heart-Rending   C R Y   of My Mother. She's became disabled invalid since Infospace, Inc. ruined my web business! Does Infospace know about that? Yes! Last year I sent registered letters to its CEOs. The key is, DOES INFOSPACE WANT TO KNOW about that?!! During five(!) years, this billion dollar IT giant feels quite comfortable to ignore all my messages to their CEOs. I DO NOT EXIST FOR INFOSPACE! For Infospace, I'm just an empty "container" that happened to legally hold a significant part of their precious rights. All they want is my 2D-Infospace.com domain: READ as news at InfoJava.com

Beginning with, Infospace was lying! In particular, since 2002 Infospace professional(!) attorneys were lying to me when accusing me in breaking the law and saying I had to transfer my domains to Infospace, -- that was a lie. Infospace's top CEOs knew, but did not care how the lie affected my life: At the time when Infospace gladly spent $MILLIONS just to "buy revenue" (in words of finance director MacLeod), it forced me, a programmer in the country with average month salary under $60, to suspend all my software projects, DESTROY MY BUSINESS, and to throw all my life savings, - I lost everything!, - for consulting expensive lawyers and proving that it was the lie. At another pole, the Infospace President, one of the 40 richest Americans, worth $861 million, was full of much more "urgent and important" problems, like suing (and loosing) a previous owner of his personal 1.3-acre Medina estate he bought for $13 million, for a leak in the roof. In the company where some employees were able to wrote a salesman the $1.1 million check to buy Lamborghini and Ferrari "just … to see the look on his face". And the ex-Vice President of Legal(!!!) and Business Affairs was busy mostly with illegal cashing out her $14 million Infospace stocks! read more at SeattleTimes But unlike the Infospace's securities fraud scandals, where investors were manipulated, but not a single soul in the corporation ended up in jail, my story is mostly about a CRIMINAL activity against 2D-infoSpace, -- a kind of "INSPgate", for which Infospace has a much stronger motive: For years, in its letters to me Infospace deliberately avoided any moves towards legal purchasing my 2D-infoSpace domains that Infospace officially announced vitally important for its corporate integrity. Sitting on a mound of cash of over $400 million (today it's about a half of that amount), and affording to acquire three mobile game companies a day, Infospace prefers to forget about a need to pay for the product it wishes to own. Why? Today the reason is clear: Just entering into any talks about it would inevitably trigger discussing astronomical figures of a real price for 2D-infoSpace domains and trademarks that happened to be very similar to a marketing "face" of the giant wanting to be worth a TRILLION! In this light, any illegal way of taking away my 2D-infoSpace property organized or otherwise controlled by Infospace looked cheaper! Knowing that it's impossible to obtain my rights only through efforts of its expensive attorneys, - a fact of inventing and successful implementing unique 2D-infoSpace technology moves it outside a scope of any domain name or trademark litigation protecting "Infospace" pattern, - I have all reason to believe that Infospace chosen purely CRIMINAL ways to achieve its aims: * USING COMPUTER VIRUSES FOR BREAKING AND/OR DISCREDITING MY WEB SITES, and * MULTI-MILLION US$ FRAUDS Dazzled with brilliance of its future $trillion empire, Infospace could attempt to initiate and coordinate a chain of criminal actions against my business and me personally! Implemented by third parties, this scheme of taking away my 2D-infoSpace property aimed to formally remove Infospace from battlefield of this illegal game. However, the fact is: Infospace threatened to sue me if my Web sites are not transferred to them for free! I refused, and shortly thereafter, virus attacks started! MORE

Because of breaking Infospace into my life I nearly DIED! And my mother has became INVALID! However, this website is not about Infospace's war against me. I mentioned it here only because they officially call their attempt to steal a "fair competition". But from my poor Ukraine, where everage month salary is about $100, the meaning of the faireness looks completely different. Ten years ago I had opportunity to live in the US illegally, - by not returning back to Ukraine after graduating the American University. It was very simple, and my friend did it easily. But I wanted to reach success fair. Today I have to accept the bitter fact: For me, a fair way to stay and work in America has never existed! Even with my honor degrees from the US and UK Universities (one my cerificate was even signed by the President Of America), and 100% legal job contracts in America, - the US embassy had rejected me in a visa, completely crossing out my future for many years ahead! Without any explanation, - it's also a fair competiton. MORE Is there a chance? In my real life, I never saw it. Internet looked for me the only way to earn decent money. Until the powerful corporation blocked my first ever homesite and forced to spent all my life savings for their lawyers! But once again, it's not about Infospace. It's a fair competiton. If not to take into account that any American in a similar situation is properly protected to start a new business(es). While in my case it nearly cost me my LIFE!!! Nevertheless, despite everything I survived. And even created a completely new super software project, - specially for MICROSOFT: Exclusive Offer To Bill Gates! It took for me many months of hard unpaid work, - a fair competiton in Ukrainian reality. Nevertheless, Microsoft has NEVER READ the above offer! Actually, its official reply implies there is no way to contact Bill Gates with new ideas... They also call it a fair competition. Compete with him fair? The world calls him genius, forgetting the fact that he actually FOOLED all those people who were trusted him their money to support his desire for education. In my 42, I'm still alone. Despite every day I can see really pretty Ukrainian girls, they more and more prefer dating with nice dressed, finacially secured, - and because of that always confident and optimistic foreigners. The latters also call it a fair competition. The foreigners are not younger or wiser than me. Instead, they have the things I never had in my life: Money, US or EC passport, and in addition, - the luxury to compete fair! Despite working hard on a highly quilified work, my parents never had a car too. My mother is educated and very active person, with two University's degrees! Before becoming terribly ill after Infospace attacks, her life dream was to see me, her son, with a proper education. She believed that in the world of a fair competition it would help me to escape the grip of the poverty she lived within all her life. First page of my dissertation in the University Of East London said "To My Lovely Mother Is Dedicated: Although in my child's years you could not buy for me many of those things I wanted, you gave me something much valuable - the infinite and wonderful world of books which has became a part of what I am now." And now nearly the only sound my mother is capable to pronounce is the cry, - and I can't help her! How much is the cost of fair competition in Ukraine? She lives in the same apartment with me, and all my web projects (see above), including these lines, have been created under the mad accompaniment of her scream: SCREAM Past midnight, being completely exhausted, crazed, and simply deaf because of the scream, I turn on my PC, and desperately try to be creative. ...
